R&D Projects

As a company, we prioritize R&D activities in all development processes.
All of our projects developed within the Balıkesir University Technopark emerge as a result of comprehensive R&D stages.
From literature reviews to trial-and-error testing, from detailed research of theoretical field requirements to practical solution development phases — R&D is one of the most critical processes for us at every stage of our projects.
We incorporate the R&D process into all our planning aimed at meeting needs, and we take into account various perspectives and the positive or negative feedback that arises from them.

GENERATING AN IDEA OR EVALUATING IT

 

During our work together, we give all our customers who come to us with an idea the feeling that their ideas are valuable.
However, we also offer them our views on strengthening their weak points by conducting the feasibility study of their current ideas and supporting their strong points with concrete examples.
In this context, we do not hesitate to express our ideas on the subject in order to draw attention to the following issues and we recommend the following to them:

  • Conduct market research and check whether similar ideas already exist,
  • Gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of your target audience and increase the goal/effort ratio,
  • Seek opinions from individuals in related or similar sectors,
  • Analyze the reasons behind the failure of similar ventures that did not succeed.

OPINION ANALYSIS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP RESEARCH

At first glance, an idea may appear highly valuable. However, when examining the underlying concepts and theoretical aspects, potential failures may arise in areas you initially assumed would succeed.
Therefore, idea analysis and research on similar ventures are crucial at this stage. It’s important to thoroughly compare the sub-ideas and assumptions tied to the main concept with their realistic viability and potential place in the market.

TARGET AUDIENCE EVALUATIONS

All commercial ideas aim toward success. On this path, the target audience becomes a crucial factor. The positive impressions that an idea leaves on the audience increase its perceived value.
Therefore, thought analysis and similar venture research are critically important at this stage. Sub-ideas related to the main idea and the feasibility of forecasts, along with their potential position in the market, should be well compared.
For this reason, during the journey of existing ideas toward their ultimate goals, whether they are understood correctly by relevant audiences and how much they are valued by these audiences must be thoroughly examined during the R&D phase.
