The candidates who are hired are examined according to the following topics during the evaluation process:
A two-month trial period begins for accepted candidates.

  • Is the candidate eager to research and learn about topics they don’t know?
  • Can they take initiative and improve upon the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them?
  • Do they believe they can complete a small to medium-sized project independently, from draft to final?
  • When faced with a problem, do they approach it not just as work but as a puzzle to solve with determination and perseverance?
  • Do they value and trust themselves?
  • Can they adapt to the team's dynamics?
  • After meeting us, do they have a positive impression of our company?

Career

At the end of the trial period, successful candidates are hired and have career opportunities.
